‘Advanced Rental Payment’ (ARP)
We guarantee a 8% rental return per annum for two years (renewable). If the A.R.P. option is selected, the rental return is deducted from the purchase price, greatly discounting your initial outlay.

Developer Financing
You can borrow 40% of the purchase price from us in advance. This means you have to raise 60% of the purchase price upfront and once the build is complete, you pay us a monthly installment for either 2, 5 or 10 years - the choice is yours.
